Heart Beat Heroes is a fun, interactive first aid and health & safety program specially designed for children aged 5–11 years.
We believe that children are never too young to start learning how to recognize danger, stay calm in an emergency and know when and how to ask for help. The Heart Beat Heroes course introduces children to important first aid and everyday safety skills in a way that is age-appropriate, practical, engaging and fun.
Rather than simply learning facts, children are encouraged to participate, practice and build confidence through demonstrations, activities, games and real-life scenarios.
